GCSE French Trip

In September, GCSE French students travelled to picturesque Rouen in France and what a marvellous trip it was!

Rouen is an historic town with plenty to offer: we visited the informative Joan of Arc museum, saw several majestic churches and experienced French culture first hand. However, putting my French speaking skills into practice was my favourite aspect of the trip. The host families that we stayed with were really welcoming, nurturing us and making their home ours for the duration of our stay. Unfortunately, we had to leave Rouen at the end of the week, nonetheless, I think that I speak on behalf of all of the students on the trip when I say we would be delighted to return in the future.
