Over the last few weeks, students from all years have had the opportunity to take part in a variety of science activities in a fun and relaxing after school club.

So far they have made slime, learnt about the chemistry of fireworks, extracted DNA from strawberries and made a model of the DNA double helix, and cultured E Coli.

Next week is British Science Week and there will be more fantastic opportunities for our young people to learn more about the wonderful world of science.
