Commissioning Mass for the Mission Team

On Wednesday 11^th October, De Lisle had a Commissioning Mass for the Mission Team which was celebrated by Fr Jonathan Cotton.

The readings and the Gospel we heard were all about sending the students out to use their gifts and talents well within the school and within the communities that they are a part of.

Within the Mass, Father blessed the Mission Team badges before they were handed out to our students.

This was a really special celebration and we were happy to see lots of students being commissioned to contribute to the Catholic life of the school.
